Who Has an Award Winning Cornbread Recipe? Rhonda Vincent!

Chad and I both love Rhonda Vincent. Chad’s met her at the Grand Ole Opry and I just like to look at her. Now, this award winning bluegrass artist has another milestone: she is the winner of the Celebrity Cornbread Cookoff.

Her recipe "Rhonda's Ragin' Cornbread" took home the blue ribbon this year and she was happy to share the $4,500 win with a worthy cause.

Rhonda says, "It's always an honor to represent Martha White and especially exciting to win the celebrity cook-off at the National Cornbread Festival. The proceeds go to the Marion County Children's Fund, which assists foster and underprivileged children in Marion County, TN, so it's always very special to participate in this event!"

Rhonda also won a television set during an auction and donated it to a nearby family in Rutherford County who lost their home to a fire.
