Area Marching Bands in Competition This Weekend

Not only do the high schools in the WBKR listening area have terrific sports teams, they also "sport" some awesome marching bands. Those bands will be on full display this Saturday at the Kentucky Music Educators Association State Marching Band Semifinals at Western Kentucky University. McLean County, Hancock County, and Owensboro Catholic will compete in the Class A division. Daviess County and Muhlenberg County will compete in the Class 5A division.
