This is very exciting news! Beaver Dam, KY resident Marianne Pieper has earned a coveted spot in the 45th Pillsbury Bake-Off Contest for a chance to compete for the grand prize of $1 million dollars! the Bake-Off contest officials have announced the 100 talented home cooks who earned a place in cooking history and a chance to compete for the $1 million grand prize at the upcoming contest. The competition will take place March 25-27, 2012, in Orlando, Florida.

Large twisters caused severe damage & multiple deaths in Kentucky and Indiana with reports of tennis ball size hail, damaging winds and many tornadoes touching the ground and causing widespread damage. Just today the National Weather Service issued 255 Tornado Warnings and 312 Severe Thunderstorm Warnings.

Two Rivers Buddy Ball A Non-Profit Sports League Needs Your Help
A friend of mine told me about this non-profit sports league called "Two Rivers Buddy Ball" located in Owensboro it's for kids ages 5-20 with any disability mental or physical that would keep them from playing on a regular league. When I heard about this I wanted to help get the word out, I have several kids myself and a boy with Autism so this is something near & dear to my heart and I think it's great to help any child or young adult have a great time no matter what their disability.
