August 20, 2012 Jo Dee Messina wasn't quite sure what to think about it either! Saturday night, at The Big O Music Fest, Jaclyn and I were hanging out with Jo Dee Messina in the hospitality tent. Naturally, we told her that she had to meet Kizzy, who had just come back from her very own meet-n-greet with Blake "Honey Bee Buzz Buzz" Shelton. Needless to say, Jo Dee didn't know what hit her. This is a SCREAM!
August 19, 2012 Yesterday was my second time to have the honor of playing the Big O Music Fest. In one word, the day was AMAZING!! Speaking for my band, we were truly honored to share with the stage with Blake Shelton, Tracy Lawrence, JoDee Messina (my new BFF!), Gloriana, LoCash Cowboys, Joanna Smith and Brian Hart.
I've never played in front of that many people before, but I'm really hoping that it won't be my last! The crowd was awesome!!! Here are a few pics of my day at the Big O! Tune in Monday morning to hear all about my day! I've got lots of fun stories!!

George Jones, the country music icon often referred to as the "the greatest living country singer" will mark the end of an era with a farewell tour for his fans titled "The Grand Tour". After over fifty years of touring, Jones has decided he is ready to slow down and spend more time with his wife, children and grandchildren. Jones was quoted as saying "It is tough to stop doing what I love, but the time has come". As a tribute to his loyal fans he wants to tour one more year and let them know, this will be his last.
That's right - "The Possum" George Jones just announced that 2013 is going to be his "Grand Tour!" He has planned to visit 60 cities next year and release a studio album, which may feature songs written by country legend Dolly Parton
