Ya'll know I am a huge Olympic fan.  In fact, I seriously have an addiction.  I'm a full-fledged junkie.  So, I have decided to give you guys a sneak peak into each day's Olympic highlights.  And, now that I have recovered from the Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw concert in Indy Saturday night (and, yes, I had to miss Ryan Lochte swimming to gold in the Men's 400-meter IM), I am ready to "let the games begin."  Here's what to expect on Monday, July 30th!

NBC's primetime coverage will feature all the highlights and TEAM USA is going to have some big moments.

First of all, the US Men's Gymnastics Team was RIDICULOUS on Day One of competition.  They came into the Games a medal contender.  They enter tonight's Team Final in the top spot.  If they perform like they did in qualifications, they'll win team gold.  THAT is unheard of, my friends.

There will be FOUR finals tonight in the pool and TEAM USA has serious shots at medals in each.  First up, Ryan Lochte will go for gold #2 in the men's 200-Meter Freestyle.  He'll be trying to get over the sting of silver in the Men's 4 by 100-meter relay yesterday.  And Matt Grevers will gun for gold in the men's 100-meter backstroke.  He had the fastest time (under 53 seconds) in the first round of qualifying and he is an asbolute beast when he's moving backward in a pool.

For the women . . . American phenom Missy Franklin will be gunning for gold in the women's 100-meter back.  She is to women's swimming what Ryan Lochte and Michael Phelps are to men's.  She is an amazing all-around swimmer and is going to leave London with a bunch of medals around her neck.  She ALREADY has a Bronze from the Women's 4x100 Meter Relay.

Also, on tap tonight in primetime coverage . . . the finals of Men's Synchronized Diving (Platform). Team USA is already off to a roaring start with a silver won Sunday.  Abby Johnston and Kelci Bryant placed second in the 3M synchro final and snapped a medal drought for the US women that dates back to the 2000 games in Sydney!

And, there will also be beach volleyball on tap Monday night too!
