Dave’s Owl Encounter with the Broadbent Wildlife Sanctuary at the Outdoor Hunting and Fishing Expo [VIDEO]

I can honestly say that I've only ever seen an owl up close and personal--relatively speaking--one time in my life, common as they are. So it was very cool to run into three of them at the Owensboro Outdoor Hunting and Fishing Expo at the Owensboro Convention Center.

The Expo continues through Sunday afternoon and if you get a chance, you should go. It's a lot of fun and and you can learn so much. Like I did at the Broadbent Wildlife Sanctuary exhibit. In addition to the owls and the crow that you'll see in the video, there was also a hawk. And there's no telling what they had on display the other two days.
