Adding another dose of mystery into the Casey Anthony turmoil, for several days many radio stations have reported that Rascal Flatts' Gary LeVox had co-written a song , She's Going Places along with Cledus T. Judd in tribute to Caylie Anthony. Now, it appears that is not entirely true.

You may recall we also told you that Caylie's grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony wanted to meet Rascal Flatts and to thank Gary for the tribute. All sources seem to indicate the group and/or Gary was hesitant to do that.

Gary, through a spokesperson, says that he did co-write a song with Cledus and another writer, Jimmy Yeary, more than a year ago. It now appears Judd and Yeary rewrote the song as a tribute. Gary's spoksperson even says Gary is not credited as a co-writer nor is he receiving any publishing funds.

Shane Hines is the vocalist.

Oy -- it is so confusing. And tributes using the tune are all over You Tube.
