Get Ready for the Trunnell’s Sweet Corn Festival & 5K Corn Fun Run/Walk

Trunnell's Farm Market sure knows how to keep us busy and how to show us a good time throughout the summer. We've just had the Peach Jam and now it's time to get ready for the Sweet Corn Festival and the 5K Corn Fun Run/Walk.

Now, seriously, who can't get enough of Trunnell's homemade corn delicacies?

Corn-sider these:

Sweet corn salsa, corn relish, and--good Lord--homemade cornbread. It is a veritable CORNucopia of all things corn.

As part of the Sweet Corn Festival, you can participate in the 5K Fun Run/Walk, a race that will begin at Trunnell's Farm Market. You'll be able to "run the farm" as you weave through the beautiful corn-tryside surrounded by crops and orchards.

The course will corn-sist of unpaved fields and moderate hills and will most definitely generate an appetite that you'll be able to feed once you return to Trunnell's. You won't be able to corn-tain yourself!
