Happy Birthday, Blake!!

Blake Shelton celebrated his 35th birthday on Saturday!  And his good buddy Brad Paisley, who is world-famous for his practical jokes and pranks, decided to pull out all the stops to give Blake a birthday he would never forget!!  And, well, I think he succeeded.  Saturday night, when the two joined forces for a concert in Indianapolis, Brad sent this guy out onto stage while Blake was performing.  And, yes, the dude's underwear (which, in my estimation, is about 6 sizes too small) reads "Kiss My Country Ass."  HILARIOUS!!!  Happy Birthday, Blake!!  And we hope your optometrist can restore your vision and repair your retinas!  (By the way, big THANKS to Monica, our Twitter gal, for sending us the photo!)
