Kidd G Headlines 2024 Season of Friday After 5 in Owensboro

The 2024 season of Friday After 5 is shaping up and there's exciting news to share. One of the headliners this year will be Kidd G!

The latest season of Friday After 5 gets underway on Friday, May 17th in downtown Owensboro and there are a couple of big changes planned. The first, the RiverPark Center will again host a Friday After 5 stage on its patio. Second, this year's season has been condensed from 16 weeks to an action-packed 12-week run. Kidd G's going to be part of it.

All Friday After 5 events and concerts are FREE to the public and the Kidd G concert will be no different. He's going to be taking the Romain Cadillac Stage at 8:30pm, Friday, July 19th. Because Friday After 5 is expecting a massive crowd for the concert, the Owensboro Convention Center is moving it from the pier to the front lawn.

Kidd G will be playing in Owensboro just a few weeks after taking the stage in Nashville during the CMA Music Festival.

Kidd G became an internet sensation back in 2020 when, at the age of seventeen, he started releasing music on SoundCloud and TikTok.

Today, Kidd G is a full-blown TikTok sensation with over a million followers. Fans here in western Kentucky and southern Indiana are going to get the chance to see him for free in July.
