The Owensboro Human Relations Commission is hosting the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day March and Celebration. It's a great opportunity to reflect and remember.

Gather with family and friends to celebrate the life and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. On January 21st, 2019 we will march from Owensboro High School (OHS gym at 8:30am) to Kentucky Wesleyan College.The March will start at 9am.

Vans will be provided for people who cannot physically march. At KWC, the celebration will commence at 10am in the Winchester Center, Rogers Hall.

The keynote speaker is Dr. Arnold Farr. He is a founding member of the Kentucky Poor People's Campaign, a member of the Coordinating Committee and a professor of philosophy at the University of Kentucky.
