On Thursday night, millions of fans saw their favorite college basketball players advance into the next level of their careers.

Kentucky fans saw former Wildcats Julius Randle and James Young become members of, respectively, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics...arguably the two most tradition-rich programs in NBA history.

But those same millions of fans also got to see something incredibly special and moving.

Former Baylor standout Isaiah Austin was recently diagnosed with Marfan's Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder, which ends any and all chances of him ever playing basketball again.

Austin would have been selected in this year's draft, but his health has forever precluded that from happening.

But that didn't stop NBA commissioner Adam Silver from doing this:

Unforgettable. And the classiest thing I have EVER seen.
