Owensboro Teen Tweets Jake Owen a Prom Request…and It Works [VIDEO]

Owensboro Catholic High School senior Tyler Miles is one creative guy. He knew who he wanted to ask to the prom. And he isn’t shy. But he wanted the request to be special. And, boy, was it ever! Tyler decided to notify a third party. So he took to Twitter and asked Jake Owen if HE would ask Larissa Lewis to the prom. Larissa said yes! But, I think there should be one more tweet–one that asks Jake Owen to actually COME to the prom, himself. I’ve received confirmation from Tyler that the request will be made. We’ll try to work on Jake from our end, too. Meantime, check out my interview with Tyler and Larissa this afternoon. Thanks to Monica the Twitter Girl for breaking the story this morning with the WBKR Waking Crew.
