Owensboro’s Jason Koger to Guest Star on “Hawaii 5-0″ [Video]

CBS’ hit show Hawaii 5-0 is about to kick it old school and resurrect one of its all-time most-watched episodes . . . the 1973 episode “Hookman.”  And, this time, Robocop star Peter Weller steps into the role of “Hookman.” Second cool twist? Owensboro resident Jason Koger is going to provide the “hooks.”

Jason has had both of hands amputated and has “bionic hands” (he adds that he is the first person in the world to have them on both hands) which Hawaii 5-O will use to model the hands for Weller’s character.

He adds that his face will be in the episode, too in a small onscreen cameo.

Early this week, Jason stopped by to visit me on The WBKR Waking Crew and share how his big national TV debut came about.  Take a listen!

Jason’s episode of Hawaii 5-0 airs Monday, February 4th.  If you want a sneak peak at what to expect, here’s some footage from the 1973 episode of “Hookman.”
