Owensboro’s Blue Bridge Opens to Foot Traffic — First Time in 71 Years
The Blue Bridge, officially the Glover Cary bridge reopened this morning and was open till 6pm to foot and bike traffic. Closed since July 5th the last time the bridge was available for non-vehicle traffic was 1940 when it opened. This morning my wife, Debra and B.
