Splashin' Safari, Holiday World's popular water park, has made a HUGE "best" list.  I was surfing the iPad last night and saw an article pop up from The Active Times.  That article named Splashin' Safari one of the Best Water Parks in the World.

One of my favorite things in the world is Pineapple Whip!  If you have ever listened to our opening day broadcast of the Kentucky State Fair, it is one of the must-have's each and every year we visit.  It, literally, is one of the most delicious things on the planet.  Well, guess what?!  Our friends at Holiday World have decided they agree and have added Dole Whip to its summer menu!  Check it out

It's hard to believe, but it's almost time for the grand opening of the 2016 season at Holiday World!  In fact, the park officially opens on Saturday, April 23rd and we're celebrating with you chance to win tickets here at WBKR.  And winning them is very simple!  Here's what you need to do to get qualified to win!

Can you believe this?   The Legend, one of Holiday World's three world-class wooden roller coasters, is turning 16-years-old this summer.  And, to celebrate, the roller coaster is being "reborn" . . . with new track and some cool new features.  Take a look!

Dove Award winners Newsboys will headline Holiday World's "Rock the World" Christian Music Fest on Saturday, August 22nd. Guitarist Jody Davis grew up in Petersburg, Indiana.

In 2011, Rayvon Owen was singing on stage at Holiday World.  This year, he sang his way into the American Idol Top 4 and will soon embark on a nationwide summer tour.  But first, he's coming back to the tristate this weekend to meet fans and park-goers and sign autographs!
