I didn't see the second half of Monday night's exhibition game between Kentucky and Montevallo, but I was listening on the way back from a road show. And when UK freshman dove out of bounds to rescue a Kentucky possession, I thought announcers Tom Leach and Mike Pratt were going to come through the radio.

It was Kentucky's ball and it was heading out of bounds, and Young, showing some encouraging hustle, went after it. Like most players who make that dive, he just grab and tossed back in bounds.

But nobody caught it. Well, not, at least, until after it had gone through the basket and given Montevallo two points. The closest Montevallo player to the hoop was credited for the points.

Yep, he tossed it in the basket without even seeing what he was doing. I've heard of the no-look pass, but...
