Why Are These People Putting a Ladder in a Dumpster? [VIDEO]

Have you ever been to Gatlinburg? Well, if so, then you know about the dumpsters. For first-timers, it can be very intimidating to see those signs warning about bear activity.

But, yes, unless you dispose of your trash correctly, you could have a nasty surprise on your nightly garbage run. And, no good can come of that, right?

Well, this video highlights a predicament that never occurred to me. And since we've always been told to steer clear of bear cubs because mama ain't too far away, this sort of thing might be an especially nasty surprise...unless, like these folks, you are a good Samaritan.
