You Don’t Have to “Bowl” Anyone Over When You’re Having a Great Time for a Great Cause

Last night, two WBKR bowling teams gathered at Diamond Lanes South in Owensboro for the Susan G. Komen Bowl for the Cure. Some terrific video coverage of the event will come later courtesy of Chad Benefield. And we really had a blast. I bowled 151...combined. Yep, 87 the first game and 64 the second game. I didn't something weird to my right ring finger in game one, so I'll blame that. And my right knee was acting up. I'll blame that, too. Hey, I'm not a good bowler; I'm way out of practice. When I was on a team in college, I did it more often and had a much better average. But the main thing is that it was for a great cause and it was a lot of fun. Can't beat that.
