The Beaver Dam Amphitheatre in Ohio County, Kentucky has become one of the state's most popular concert destinations. Over the last week or so, The DAM has been reflecting on an incredible first ten years and encouraging its patrons to share their own #DAMGoodTimes on social media. Beaver Dam Amp has asked: 1) What is YOUR favorite concert over the past 10 years? and 2) What is YOUR most memorable experience at The DAM?

Well, that Facebook post made me curious. What have been the most successful and attended shows at Beaver Dam Amphitheatre since it opened a decade ago? For the answers, I reached out to Heath Eric with The Eric Group. Beaver Dam Tourism works closely with The Eric Group to book acts for the venue and that partnership has proven to be gold. The collaboration has produced multiple SOLD OUT shows and massive concert crowds on the grounds.

So, here's a look at the 10 Most Attended/Popular Shows in the History of Beaver Dam Amphitheatre.

Of course, as Heath Eric explains, it's important to note this list is relatively subjective due to an evolution in the amphitheatre's seating model and capacity over the years. He points out that it's "comparing apples to oranges when ranking events solely based on sales and attendance" because capacity has been increased recently- in an effort to accommodate more fans. That certainly has happened and has helped recent acts like Oliver Anthony and Nelly shatter previous attendance records.

It's also important to point out that all the shows booked in 2020 and 2021 were at limited capacity due to COVID-19 safety protocols.
