Tribute Show Honoring the Late Great Patsy Cline Coming to Henderson, KY
The Henderson Area Arts Alliance just unveiled its 2024-2025 season of events and it gets underway on Thursday, September 26th with the Louisville Orchestra and special guest Ben Sollee. Country music fans are looking ahead to November when a show paying tribute to a country icon comes to town and graces the auditorium.
On Saturday, November 9th, the Preston Arts Center will welcome to its stage the musical Always . . . Patsy Cline, which has been wowing audiences and fans for thirty-five years. The show features twenty-seven of the country legend's biggest hits. Those hits include:

According to the Henderson Area Arts Alliance, Always . . . Patsy Cline is a "timeless tale of friendship and great music." The show takes us back to 1961, when Pasty met Louise Seger. Louise was a Patsy Cline fan and the two met at a honky-tonk in Houston, Texas and immediately struck up a friendship. The ladies remained friends and shared letters with each other until Patsy died tragically in a plane crash in 1963.
Tickets for Always . . . Patsy Cline are $45 Main Floor, $40 Balcony and $25 Student and there are several ways to secure yours. Season and single show tickets are available for purchase now. The box office is open Monday through Thursday 9am-1pm and Friday 9am to Noon.
