Kentucky Bluegrass Legend Sam Bush Hits The Stage In Henderson
Henderson, get ready! Sam Bush, who's widely considered a pioneer of 'New Grass' music is bringing his brand of bluegrass to the Preston Arts Center this weekend. The Henderson Area Arts Alliance proudly welcomes Sam to town- for a nearly sold out concert on Saturday, November 8th at 7pm.
Of course, Sam is no stranger to Kentucky. He was born in Bowling Green and, in 2010, was formally recognized as the 'Father of Newgrass' by the Kentucky legislature.
Of course, bluegrass fans here in Kentucky and beyond have grown accustomed to seeing Sam at the annual ROMP Festival at Yellow Creek Park. In 2020, he was inducted into the International Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame.
