Audition Tuesday at Gordy’s for WBKR’s Friday Night Fight
WBKR's brand new talent contest continues. We're giving singers and bands in the tristate the chance to open for LOCASH at Friday After 5 in downtown Owensboro on Friday, August 24th. At our first audition a couple of weeks agao at Fetta Specialty Pizza, Courtney Peveler of Central City, Kentucky sang her way into the finals. This past Saturday at PizzAroma, two acts made their way through to the finale: Julia Capagrossi from Nashville, Tennessee and Adam Scott from Ohio County. Now, just two open audition locations remain If you have the talent to take the stage or know someone who does, here's where YOU can enter the Friday Night Fight!
Our next audition is set for Tuesday, July 10th at Gordy's Owensboro Music on Breckinridge Street in Owensboro. We'll close out our auditions on Saturday, July 14th at Beaver Dam Amphitheatre.
