Last Friday, the Baha Men drew thousands of music fans to downtown Owensboro for the grand opening of Friday After 5's 25th anniversary season.  The band spent a couple of days in town and absolutely loved their first adventure to the International Bar-B-Q Capitol of the World.

Dyson Knight, the band's front man and spokesperson, shared a super fun video a few hours ago.  The video chronicles the highlights of Baha Men's visit to Owensboro.  Check it out!  There are some great shots of food, fun and Friday After 5.

As you can see in the video, Baha Men also enjoyed a visit to the WEHT Eyewitness News studio in Henderson as well, where Dyson helped Ron Rhodes with the Friday After 5 forecast.

Believe it or not, this was the Baha Men's first live concert performance since the COVID-19 pandemic began.  And, yes!  We were fortunate to have it take place right here in Owensboro.  Social media response was overwhelming.  People absolutely loved them and I think everyone agrees.  There's an open invitation for the Baha Men to come back to town anytime they want!

Friday After 5 continues tomorrow night with an excellent Week #2 lineup.
