The third Wednesday in May, Brasher's Lil' Nashville in downtown Owensboro hosted its first ever Brasher's Lil' Ladies Night. The theme? Daisy Dukes and Boots!

Daisy Dukes & Boots was a line dancing extravaganza and we threw it back old school by learning the Achy Breaky Heart!  I snagged some video that night, but I was dancing while I was filming and my footage is Blair Witch Project at best. If I shared that video, you'd get motion sickness trying to watch.

So, here! Watch this instead. Just picture the people in the photo above doing this dance. We crushed it!

Well, ladies! Mark your calendars for Wednesday, June 14th! That's going to be our next Brasher's Lil' Ladies Night and, this time, we're throwing an Hawaiian luau!

As with our Daisy Dukes & Boots event, there will also be line dancing at our Brasher's Lil' Luau.  We're going to be learning the dance to "Sun Tan City" by Luke Bryan.

Brasher's will also be serving up "Sand Bucket" Drinks and Boozy Buckets featuring Island Girl and Beach House cosmos.

Plus, there will be some incredibly cool door prizes. Last month, in addition to some fun Brasher's Lil' Nashville swag, we also gave away 4-packs of tickets to the Professional Bull Riders event at the Ford Center in Evansville.

In June at the Luau, we'll be giving away a fun inflatable pool, Bomb Pop coolers and more.
