Yesterday, in front of 80,00 fans at Homestead Miami Speedway, Kyle Bush completed a comeback season for the ages. Busch missed the first 11 races of the 2015 Sprint Cup season after breaking his leg leg during a practice secession before the Daytona 500 in February. After recuperating for several months, the 30 year old Las Vegas native, returned to the track mid-way through the season.Busch, known for his sometimes hot  temper, calmly piloted his Toyota to 6 trips to victory lane, including 4 in a row to qualify for the Chase.

Busch continued his dominating ways Sunday, staying within the top 5 for the entire race, taking the lead for good on a restart with 9 laps remaining.. This is the first Sprint Cup Series Championship for Busch, matching his brother  Kurt, who claimed the title in 2005.

As we close the book on the 2015 season, we look ahead to February 21, 2016, when the engines come to life again at Daytona. Can Busch hoist the Sprint Cup in back to back season? Will one of the 43 other drivers become part of the history books? These questions, and many others are only three months  away from being answered.
