I will begin by giving you fair warning. When you finish this story, you may go into a trance, walk to your car, and drive to Indianapolis. Along the way, you might pick up a big jug of milk.

When I was looking at the images from this insane cookie bakery in Indy, that almost happened to me. But I have a job to do, and part of it is telling you about a place that, at the top of its very own Facebook page, calls itself a "cookie cult." And it wants you to join. I'm game, especially after seeing The Cavity Factory's Mother's Day offerings:

I'll be honest. If the ONLY selections The Cavity Factory had were those, I'd be there in a heartbeat if I could. But they don't. This unique sweet shop rotates its varieties, and I am here for ALL of that.

The idea of a strawberry shortcake cookie brings tears to my eyes. A combination of cookie and my favorite dessert? Yes, please. By the way, that taste treat up there in the top left corner? That's called a "crookie." It's a croissant/cookie combo. You may not be able to see it, but it's dusted with Nutella powdered sugar. I didn't even know there WAS such a thing, but...yep...I'm in tears again.

Having opened only last month, The Cavity Factory--once, just a food truck--has become an instant huge hit in Indianapolis and central Indiana.

If you want to visit The Cavity Factory, plan accordingly. It's only open three days a week--Friday through Sunday, 11:30 AM to 5 PM each day. And I'd get there early; if they're only open three days a week, and those days are on the weekend, you know it has to be packed.
