Chick-fil-A Fans Rejoice! Two Favorite Menu Items Return

So, a couple of weeks ago, I was hanging out at the the brand new Chick-fil-a on Hwy 54 here in Owensboro for a remote broadcast. It is SO NICE y'all, Super fast, friendly, and delicious as always.

I was chatting with Mrs. Zetta there about our favorite things on the menu and earning free food with the Chick-fil-A app. I thought I would shoot my shot and ask her if there was any chance my number one favorite fast food sandwich would ever return. She said yes!

I first had the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich on the way back from Panama City Beach. We were starving and stopped at a random exit where the glorious Chick-Fil-A sign shown bright. I decided to try something new and fell in love! It is sweet and salty and spicy and the creamy cold pimento cheese perfectly cools off the heat.

August 26th is the big day! The Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich will be back on the menu. In its original form and you can also order it kicked up a notch with a spicy chicken filet instead of the classic.

Back by popular demand, the limited-time Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich was the brand’s first-ever twist on the Original Chick-fil-A^® Chicken Sandwich in 2023, and quickly became a fan-favorite. Featuring a Chick-fil-A filet drizzled with honey, topped with pimento cheese, and served on a warm, toasted bun with mild pickled jalapeños, the sandwich is making a bold return, this time with an added choice of the Spicy filet.

Another favorite that I haven't tried yet is the Banana Pudding milkshake. People have been begging for thirteen years for its return! It must really be good. With real bananas and vanilla wafer crumbles, whipped cream and a cherry on top. Mmm-mmm-mmm.

Coffee fans will be able to get a caffeinated version as well with the Banana Frosted Coffee. "The treat is a blend of cold-brewed coffee, the brand’s signature Icedream^® dessert, banana and vanilla wafer cookie crumbles."

Needless to say, you'll find me in a pick-up order spot come August 26th! I am already counting down.
