This certainly gives new meaning to the phrase 'horsing around'. Drive-thru employees at an Owensboro, Kentucky Chick-fil-A restaurant got quite a surprise Thursday. That surprise didn't come from a customer placing an order from inside a car, truck, van, or SUV. No, a woman rode through the drive-thru at 4601 Frederica Street on a horse named Leroy Brown.

Tasha Ijames, who's Leroy's current owner, says "Not very many horses can handle all the commotion and excitement." But, her boy Leroy is different. She says, "He has no care in the world."

So, after she and Leroy decided to 'eat more chikin', Tasha galloped up and placed her order- a chicken club and a sweet tea. Then, Leroy walked her around the building and the two collected Tasha's food. For being a good boy, Leroy got a pup cup.

Well, I suppose you can't call it a 'pup cup' if a horse is the one eating it. I suppose it's more appropriate to say Leroy got a 'horse cup' full of whipped cream and he loved it.

So did the folks at Chick-fil-A. They shared, "It’s not everyday we a get a horse in the drive-thru, but it’s a great day when we do!"

And, get this! The Chick-fil-A visit wasn't Tasha's first to a drive-thru that day. Earlier Thursday, she visited 7 Brew with another horse- Chili Pepper.

Chili Pepper mastered the drive-thru like a pro too.

If you're wondering why Tasha is riding horses through local drive-thru restaurants, there's a reason beyond just saving some gas money. Tasha sells horses professionally, so she puts them through a variety of tests that gauge their adaptability and temperament. As you can see, Chili Pepper rocked it out and so did Leroy Brown.

Tasha says "Leroy is a super cool horse. He's happy to be out and getting attention."

If you're interested in a 10-year-old Appaloosa who loves occasional visits to Chick-fil-A, Leroy's going to be available at HorseBid.com starting March 30th. If you'd rather have a horse with a coffee addiction, Chili Pepper is for sale too.
