City of Madisonville Officially Changing Trick Or Treat Hours (UPDATE)

Ron Rhodes told us mid-week last week that Halloween night was not looking good for Trick or Treaters.  Many cities are taking this into consideration including Madisonville, Greenville, and Central City.

Central City and Greenville have also moved theirs to Tuesday, October 30, from 3-5 p.m.

Livermore with host Halloween Havoc INSIDE City Hall on Halloween from 4-6 p.m.

This sparks the question should other cities do the same?

It has been confirmed that the City of Owensboro will not reschedule trick or treating hours.  They will keep it on Halloween.
