Could Gabe’s Tower Become a Veterans Living Facility?

Every time I drive by Gabe's Tower, I have to go up into the parking lot and take a look at the old place to see what it's looking like or if the message on that sign has changed.

And, of course, like everyone else, I always wonder what will become of this building that, at its core, is structurally sound.

Then I see this Tweet from 14News' Evan Gorman:

That's an intriguing development. And considering the likelihood--at this point--that it's not going to be torn down, it would be nice to see something finally go in there.
