Courtney Peveler Set to Sing the National Anthem [VIDEO]

Courtney Peveler of Muhlenberg County has been asked to sing the National Anthem at Rupp Arena in Lexington! What an honor.

The KHSAA Boys State Basketball Tournament is this weekend in Lexington and Miss Courtney will be signing the National Anthem in front of thousands on Thursday, March 7th, 2019.

She is beautiful and incredibly talented so it came as no surprise that Courtney was chosen for this honor! We'll all be watching and listening to your performance! Knock em' dead.

Her Mom, Torie made the announcement on her Facebook Page.

"Got the phone call tonight that Courtney has been selected to sing the National Anthem next Thursday for the boys state basketball tournament at Rupp Arena. What an honor and privilege it is to be selected!! Thank you to Mr.Hancock and Mrs.Bumps for submitting her."

Courtney has such a charitable heart and we're blessed to have her and her beautiful voice in our community. She's a treasure.
