Old School Meets New Energy at Dueling DJs Vibe Night

This is not easy for me to confess, but my 20th high school reunion is this fall. As old as that makes me feel, I know we are gonna dance the night away like we are 18 years old again.

I'll probably have some regrets the next morning, as these knees are not the same ones that used to do the Tootsie Roll and Drop it Like it's Hot.  It's more like "Snap, Crackle, and Pop" than "Pop, Lock, and Drop it," however, a good night out with friends is always worth it.

Dueling DJs Vibe Night

This Friday, August 15th, the party people at The Party Space Place are hosting another Vibe Night with Dueling DJs. My friend Ally (one of those awesome party people) told me, "Our first Vibe Night, the E.O. Kids brought the house down with live R&B.  This time we wanted to do our own take on Dueling Pianos, just amped up a notch."

I LOVE Dueling Pianos, and this version sounds like a blast. DJ Yondell (Andrew Payne) and DJ Up Vibe (Zach Quarles) are READY to spin playlists of your favorite throwback jams.

"We've seen DJs have battles where they remix and scratch, but that's hard to dance to," Ally said. These are gonna be your favorite songs from back in the day, so it will be harder NOT to dance.  We're talking 90s, 2000s bangers, and you'll also have a chance to request songs. Just like Dueling Pianos, tips can get your song played faster!
