Several thousand labels were batched and sent out before the error on some of the ballot labels were caught. The coding error was in the name on the ballot. As an example using this name, full name is Jared Lee Dearing, the label would have printed Jared E. Dearing and not L.

Any ballot labels that have gone out are still valid and should be used and there is nothing to be concerned about.

The Kentucky Primary Election is right around the corner so get your absentee ballot today! The Web Portal to request an absentee ballot by mail will be closed tonight at 10:59PM (CST) tonight.
