Girl Scouts 100 Years Old — Country Connections [Video]

The Girl Scouts turned 100 this year. Founded by Juliette Gordon Low originally for the girls of Savannah,  GA.,  today there are scouts all over the world.  They started selling the cookies in 1917, today over 200 million boxes are sold each year. The Parade article made me wonder if there were Country singers who had been girl scouts.That's something that is difficult to find. I did discover Sheryl Crow was one. She's done some country singing. And, hey, Reese Witherspoon portrayed June Carter. But, the one who came to the party late was -- Dolly Parton!  If you find some other former Girl Scouts in the world of country music let us know.
