Owensboro Welcomes Halcyon Therapeutic Massage From Local Therapist
Benjamin Crabtree has been wanting to move back to Owensboro for years. The Daviess County native currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee where he's been working as a massage therapist since 2014. However, starting Tuesday, July 1st, he will launch a brand new practice in his hometown. It's part of a master plan to move out of Nashville and come back home for good.
Ben recognizes Owensboro's 'potential' and believes businesses like his, which seek community and professional partnerships, can help propel the city forward. He's been waiting for the right time and circumstance to bring his vision and practice to town. That time is now.
THE LEGEND OF THE HALCYON
Today marks the grand opening of Ben's new business, Halcyon Therapeutic Massage. The name is inspired by the bird of the same name, which, according to Greek legend, is associated with inspiring peace and calmness.

That's exactly what Ben hopes to help his clients achieve in his brand new studio, which is located at 3301 Frederica Street (above the WBKR studios).
