Sasquatch Season Is Coming To The Midwest
If you thought Sasquatch sightings were rare, think again.
Turns out, Bigfoot is apparently very busy in 2026, with not one, not two, but three Sasquatch-centered festivals happening across Kentucky and Illinois.
We are officially on Sasquatch Watch.

Hosted by the Stanton Tourism and Convention Commission and the Kentucky Bigfoot Research Organization, the festival runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 127 Halls Lane.
Expect:

- Food trucks and live entertainment

And possibly a suspicious rustle or two in the treeline. More at RrgBigfoot.com.
Blue Bridge Squatch Fest In Owensboro Kentucky
Owensboro is getting in on the action with the first annual Blue Bridge Squatch Fest on September 26, 2026.
Organizers promise a family-friendly event where Sasquatch himself may even make an appearance. According to the Owensboro Times, organizers are looking to leverage the inaugural event to benefit charity.
Bring the kids. Bring the grandparents. Bring your curiosity.
Details are still rolling out, but Bigfoot is apparently already on the guest list.
