It's time to check your cabinets, pantries, and refrigerators. There are seven new Food and Product Safety Recalls that have been issued this week that you need to know about.
I regularly monitor the latest product recalls in order to keep you up to date and informed. Whether it's the latest instant coffee recall because of glass contamination or fruit snacks from Sam's Club that may be contaminated with Listeria, if it is impacting Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, and Tennessee, I'm watching for them, and I'm going to tell you about them.
What You Need to Watch Out For
There have been several Food Safety Recalls released over the past week. From possible contamination with radioactive material to undeclared allergens, and sepsis-causing bacteria to salmonella risks, there were seven food and personal care products recalled between August 22 - 29, 2025, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Why These Recalls Matter for the Midwest
These recalled products are commonly found in Midwest grocery and retail stores, and aren’t limited to obscure items you’ve never heard of. Some come from household brands you likely trust and may even use every day. It’s a stark reminder of how quickly a routine grocery run can turn into a serious health concern if you’re not staying vigilant.
