Evansville, We’ve Got a New Breakfast Spot

If you and I start our mornings together — whether you’re in the car and I’m giving you traffic updates, making you laugh, or playing that 80s song that takes you straight back to high school — then you know… we get hungry.

And let’s be honest. The energy drink and granola bar? They technically get us through. But sometimes you need a real breakfast. The kind with hashbrown skillets, biscuits and gravy, fresh coffee poured for you — the works.

Wild Eggs Has Officially Landed in Evansville

That’s why I had to check out the brand-new Wild Eggs that just opened here in town.

During the show I looked over at Bobby and said, “You know what? I’m going to try that today.” Then I paused and said, “Wait… do you want to come with me?”

He said yes (good answer), and right after we wrapped up the show, we headed straight there.

First Impressions? Adorable and Inviting

The second we walked in, it felt warm and welcoming. There are cute little egg details throughout, and even on a random weekday around 10 a.m., there was a steady crowd. That’s always a good sign.

The staff was super friendly and attentive, and you could tell people around us were genuinely enjoying their meals.

The Food? 10/10

I ordered this potato casserole situation with a homemade biscuit on the side — and wow. Absolute 10/10. Comfort food in the best way. And the coffee? Excellent. Which, as a morning radio girl, is non-negotiable.

The only “problem” I had was deciding what to order. The menu is packed with options, and everything sounded good.

But honestly? That just gives us another reason to go back.

So if we’re doing mornings together, maybe it’s time we upgrade breakfast together too. Evansville, I think this one’s going to be a favorite.
