Kacey Musgraves included in Short List

A buddy of mine, whom I have known since Caeser was a corporal, Sean Ross of Billboard Publications has issued a list of the "Songs That Made A Difference In 2012".

While they are mostly pop, one country singer is listed and that is Kacey Musgraves.
