Ky Teacher Gives Special Needs Student Experience of A Lifetime

One student in Jeffersontown, Ky got the experience of a lifetime all because of the sacrifice and kind heart of one teacher.

Ryan Neighbors, a fourth-grade student in the JCPS school district has spina bifida causing her to remain in a wheelchair for most of her life.

When the school decided to take a field trip to Falls of the Ohio, Neighbors, was almost sure she wouldn't be able to attend. Well, Jim Freeman stepped up and packed up, he packed Ryan, on his back the entire trip to make sure she was able to experience all the things her classmates did.
