Kentucky Winter Fruit Salad Will Tickle Your Taste Buds In The Best Way
Many delicious winter fruits are still in season and ready for whatever you want to make. Today we're sharing a yummy Kentucky Winter Fruit Salad and It's delish.
WHAT'S COOKING RECIPE
Winter Fruit Salad
6 clementines, peeled and separated into segments
2 apples, cored and sliced
2 pears, cored and sliced
1 large pomegranate, seeded
4 kiwis, peeled and sliced
Citrus Syrup Dressing
3 Tbsp honey
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, from 1 medium lime
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, from 1 medium lemon
2 tablespoons clementine juice, from 1 clementine
Assemble ingredients. Wash all fruit well before peeling and cutting. Place fruit into a medium serving or mixing bowl as it is cut for the salad. Mix together honey and citrus juices until well blended. Pour over the fruit and toss the mixture gently with a spoon to coat evenly. Refrigerate until serving.
