The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to restrict southbound traffic to one lane on the
US 41 Twin Bridges at Henderson on Wednesday, February 29, 2012.

The lane restriction is to allow engineers to use a mobile work platform to access areas under the
bridge deck to aid in the planning of future maintenance projects on the southbound bridge.

Southbound motorists can expect to encounter a lane restriction starting at about 9:30 a.m., CST. The inspection work should be complete by about Noon, Wednesday.

All southbound traffic will move to the left-hand or passing lane on the bridge approach. Southbound motorists should be alert for slowing and merging traffic near the entrance to Ellis Park.
