Bluegrass Food Truck Festival Brings Big Fun to Madisonville
Looking for something fun to do this weekend? You won’t want to miss the Bluegrass Food Truck Festival happening in Madisonville! This event has a little something for everyone. From mouthwatering food trucks to a classic car show, a festive trunk or treat, and tons of games and activities for the whole family. It’s shaping up to be a weekend full of fun, flavor, and community, and trust me, you’ll want to bring the whole crew along!
You Don’t Want to Miss This!
The Bluegrass Food Truck Festival is set to take over the Hopkins County-Madisonville Fairgrounds on October 25th from 11 AM to 9 PM, and it’s going to be a full day of fun for all ages. Enjoy exciting attractions like bouncy houses, a Ferris wheel, mechanical bull rides, a classic car show, Trunk or Treat, Movie Night, and live music throughout the day. Of course, the highlight is the incredible Food Truck Festival featuring a variety of delicious eats from local vendors (see list below).
Best of all! Admission is completely free (with the exception of vendor purchases), so bring the whole family out for a full day of entertainment. Plus, don’t miss your chance to meet special guest Tammy L. Slaton during the event. All proceeds raised will benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and local animal rescue efforts, making this an event you can truly feel good about attending.

Find Your Forever Furbaby
Webster County Animal Care and Control will be hosting an Adoptathon during the Bluegrass Food Truck Festival! If you’ve been thinking about adding a furry friend to your family, this is the perfect opportunity. There are so many sweet animals looking for their forever homes, and your new best friend might just be waiting for you! Plus, a portion of the festival’s proceeds will be donated to support their incredible work. Come out, enjoy the day, and maybe leave with a little extra love on a leash.
Calling All Creepy, Cute, and Creative Costumes
Don’t forget to dress to impress for the Costume Contest taking place between 1:00 and 2:00 PM during the festival! Age categories for everyone, including: 0–2 years, 3–5 years, 6–8 years, 9–12 years, 13–18 years, and a 19+ adult category. Whether you're spooky, silly, or downright creative, all participants must be in costume to enter. Come show off your Halloween best, and may the best ghoul win!
