Marie Osmond Plays Grand Ole Opry for the First Time [Video]

For the first time in her career, Marie Osmond is set to play The Grand Ole Opry!  She'll be there for two shows this Saturday night.

Marie recently released a new single from her latest CD, Music Is Medicine.  As you know, Marie helped form the Children's Miracle Network and filmed the title track of that album inside a children's hospital.

Earlier this week, Angel and I had a chance to chat with Marie, who explained her appearance in the video.  She told us that all the kids at the hospital just know her as the "Nutrisystem woman", so she wanted them to see her in a different way!  LOVE IT!

You can see her in a different way this Saturday when she plays The Grand Ole Opry for the first time in her career.  She'll play two shows: at 7pm and 9:30pm.
