NOAA has released its official 2018-2019 Winter Weather Outlook.  If you have a couple of minutes, take a look at the video they released to YouTube today.

According to Daviess County Emergency Management Director Andy Ball, "For our tristate area, it appears (winter) could go either way regarding temperatures (cooler OR wetter than normal) and precipitation (drier OR wetter than normal)."  Obviously, we'll have to wait and see.

The National Weather Service will have its annual Winter Weather Workshop on November 15th and we expect further information then.
