NYPD Honorary Cop

I was brought to tears as I read a story on Yahoo News yesterday. Colin Hayward Toland has dreamed of helping others for years.  The NYPD made  those dreams come true on Monday as they named him an honorary officer for the force.

Colin was diagnosed with brain cancer at just two-years-old when he suddenly became ill.  Now at nine-years old his cancer is terminal.  This isn't stopping him from living his life to the fullest, thanks to his parents and some very special men and women.
