Ohio County’s Ramsey Carpenter Competes for Miss America [Video]

Ohio County, Kentucky's Ramsey Carpenter will compete for the title of Miss America Sunday night and SHE NEEDS YOUR HELP!  The Miss America Organization is currently having a contest online for America's Choice.  And, this weekend, one contestant will be awarded that title.  YOU can cast your vote for Ramsey now and help a Kentucky gal win the America's Choice award!
