10 Fun and Tasty Facts About Owensboro Burger Week (2025 Edition)

Owensboro Burger Week is coming up March 7th through the 15th. 2024 was a record-breaking year for the event and 2025 is shaping up to even bigger, better and beefier.

This year marks Owensboro Burger Week's 5th Anniversary and a record number of restaurants and food trucks have signed up to compete. They have spent the last few weeks (and, in some cases, months) working away in the kitchen to develop the burgers they are going to compete with this year.

As always, Owensboro Burger Week patrons are asked to share photos on social media anytime they eat a Burger Week burger.

If you use the hashtag #owensboroburgerweek, you'll be entered to win some really cool prizes from Owensboro Burger sponsors. This year's event is proudly presented by The Kentucky Beef Council, German American Bank, Hill View Farms Meats and Green River Distilling.

Owensboro Health is involved too. They've partnered with Visit Owensboro to promote healthy eating during Owensboro Burger Week. We know there are lots of burger fans who do their best to eat all the burgers available, so local health professionals have created a Bingo game to help offset some of those calories.
