Get Ready For Owensboro Burger Week 2025: Dates, Deals & Delights Revealed!
It's coming back! I am so excited to share the plans for Owensboro Burger Week 2025. This morning, Visit Owensboro, in partnership with the Kentucky Beef Council, German American Bank, Hill View Farms Meats, and Green River Distilling Company, announced the dates for this year's burger celebration.
WHEN IS OWENSBORO BURGER WEEK 2025?
Mark your calendars for March 7th through the 15th. That's when dozens of restaurants in Owensboro and Daviess County will be serving up creative and delicious burgers for just $8 (with or without tax). As with past years, it will be up to each participating restaurant to decide how large the burger will be, what comes on it, and what (if any) sides it will be served with.
WHO ARE PAST CHAMPIONS OF OWENSBORO BURGER WEEK?
Last year, for the first time in the event's history, there was a tie for Grand Champion. Two local food trucks- J's Good Grub and Basil's Food Truck- shared the honor.
Kim's Diner was awarded the 2024 German American Bank People's Choice Award. Kyle Aud, from German American Bank, says, "Seeing Kim's Diner's reaction to winning our award last year wasp priceless. The security camera footage went viral."
This is classic!
Kyle adds, "It's just a testament to how hard these businesses work not only during Burger Week, but all year long." Good news! The German American Bank People's Choice Award will be back this year!
